Norfolk Academy Pool

Norfolk Academy Pool is a location that K2 Diving Team uses regularly. This location has two 1 meter springboards.

Hampton Aquaplex

1908 Coliseum Dr, Hampton, VA 23666

The Hampton Aquaplex has two 1M Springboards and two 3M Springboards, and is used on a regular basis by all team levels.

Dry Land trampoline, springboard training, and conditioning are the best ways to increase aerial awareness, form, and explosive strength. Divers utilize this dry land training to improve overall acrobatic ability, kinesthetic awareness, and athleticism.
